• 10:30 am - Bus for Washington-Dulles (IAD) Group departs Salisbury, with brief stop for lunch at WaWa in Annapolis, Maryland

• 2:00 pm - Dulles Group arrives at the airport to check-in for 5:15 pm flight.

• 4:30 pm - Bus for Newark (EWR) Group departs Salisbury, with brief stop for dinner at WaWa in Middletown, Delaware

• 8:30 pm - Newark Group arrives at the airport to check-in for 11:30 pm flight

Thursday, June 24 - Copenhagen, Denmark

• 7:15 am (Central European Time) - Washington-Dulles Group arrives in Copenhagen and enjoys a morning tour of Copenhagen before boarding the ship at 2:00 pm.

• 1:10 pm - Newark Group arrives in Copenhagen for transfer directly to the ship.

• 5:00 pm - Norwegian Escape departs from Copenhagen for our 9-Day cruise.

• 9:05 pm - Newark Group arrives and boards bus for return to Salisbury with a brief stop for dinner at WaWa in Middletown, Delaware arriving in Salisbury by around 2:00 am.

Group Travel Protection Plan (Optional) - We’re offering a Group Travel Protection Plan for which the premium is based upon your Total Trip Cost.  The cost ranges from $194 for Inside cabin passengers, $242 for Balcony cabin passengers or $276 for Club Balcony Suite passengers.  This recommended Group Travel Protection Plan will protect your trip in case of cancellation, interruption, trip delay, missed connection, baggage loss or delay, accident/ sickness medical protection, and emergency evacuation. You can also add “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) coverage for an additional $97 per person for Inside cabins (total $291 per person), an additional $121 per person for balcony or studio cabins (total $363 per person), or an additional $138 per person for club balcony cabins (total $414 per person).  See separate handout for details.  To protect against unforeseen problems, we strongly recommend that you purchase the Travel Protection Plan.  If interested, please purchase the Plan at time of registration.  If you decline the Plan, please sign to confirm that you waive the protection and understand that you are assuming all potential costs and losses which may occur before or during the trip.

NCL's Peace of Mind Policy -  I am pleased to report that this cruise is covered under NCL's Peace of Mind Policy for existing passengers and any new reservations too at this time.  The NCL Peace of Mind Policy will allow you to cancel your cruise up to 15 days in advance of our vacation start date and receive a full refund of the cruise portion of your total trip cost in the form of a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) to be used for another NCL sailing that embarks through December 31, 2022.  So that will allow you to cancel until June 8, 2021 by my calculation, but perhaps by Thursday, June 3, 2021 to be safe and allow time for processing, upon which you will receive a credit for most (but not all) of your total trip cost.  Specifically, while the future cruise credit will cover the cruise portion of your total trip cost, it will not cover the additional trip costs including transportation (air fare, bus transfers) and other miscellaneous group expenses which comprise your total trip cost with Salisbury Cruise Club.  So it is still recommended to have the Group Travel Protection Plan with Travel Insured International.  Your travel protection plan will cover all other non-refundable expenses if you must cancel for a qualifying reason.  It also provides additional coverage for trip interruption, travel delay, missed connections, baggage loss/ damage, baggage delay, accident and sickness medical expenses and non-emergency and emergency evacuation.
